FineStar is the total brand name for the microfiber-made cleaner by the Fabric PU (Performance Unit) of Hyosung Corporation.
We were the first to domestically develop nylon and polyester conjugated microfiber yarn in 1983.

FineStar Microfiber is
FineStar microfiber is Hyosung's high-tech manufacture product with the thickness less than 0.1 deniers, which is 10 times finer than silk and 100 times finer than the human hair.
The composition ratio of nylon and polyester for microfibers can vary widely, from 80:20 to 50:50. We use an 80:20 mixture ratio, which means 80% polyester and 20% nylon.
FineStar microfiber is split 16 times after dyeing in order to compose the ideal structure for cleaners.
When split, the Finestar microfiber obtains a wedge-shaped cross section and large surface area, which provide an ideal structure in which a cleaner can absorb and remove many kinds of dirt particles.
However, the quality of microfiber depends more on its manufacturing technology than its composition. Very few companies in the world can produce microfibers, and most microfiber fabric companies obtain microfiber yarn from Hyosung.
